How Playing an Instrument Helps Your Brain

Growing up, music was always played in my home. The Beatles, Mozart, The Eagles, Bee Gees, Carlos Santana, and many others surrounded me. As a consequence, my sister and I learned to play musical instruments, and since then I have become proficient in English, and graduated from an American University. None of this would have happened without music in my life. This was my motivation through years of study.

Music plays a big part in learning, as it turns out. In this video you will see and learn, in a more scientific way, why musicians are the ultimate multitaskers as well as how it can help your children to develop their brains. Enjoy!
